Pretty things are an instant mood booster and I couldn't help myself when I received a gift card from InPink to place an order right away. It took me a while to make my picks because their collections are gorgeous but I think I made the right choices: Statement earrings for a night out, a sparkly 3 tiered ring, and colorful bangles that will be perfect for the sunnier days ahead. As excited as I was to try these on I was impressed with the attention to detail in the packaging and felt a little bad to open it--don't you love when that happens?--clearly I got over it.
I must also confess that I haven't taken the ring off since I got it. Tell me what you think of my picks in the comments below. I used to be absolutely partial about silver but I notice I'm adding more and more gold in my life as I grow older wiser.
Are a you gold or silver kind of person?
xoxo

Fun finds! I used to be a strictly silver girl too, but I am also branching out and trying more gold now and I am liking it more and more!
ReplyDeleteIt's fun to branch out! For me it's all the bloggers' influence since many wear a lot of gold. The more I see it the more I like it! I may or may not be a little susceptible to advertising :)
ReplyDeleteVery cute!Love the earrings!
ReplyDeleteThanks Alina! They are much longer than I had expected but they will look great for a sexy night out :)
ReplyDeleteYo soy muy de plata para el día, sobre todo. Precioso el collar y las pulseras y me encanta el envoltorio. Da pena abrir el regalo.
ReplyDeleteI used to hate gold but I love it now and it is what I wear the majority of the time. Love those colorful bangles!

ReplyDeleteThanks amy! Isn't it funny how we change our minds about what we think looks good on us? I used to think I would never be a "gold girl" but I love it!

Great finds lady. I think I am mainly a silver person, but I love to combine gold and silver, I think it's a great way to branch out from my all silver look from years ago.
ReplyDeleteI won a gift card from them but haven't gotten it yet.
ReplyDeleteWow those accessories are gorgeous! I tend to love both gold and silver
ReplyDeleteLovely pieces and good taste.
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely accessories, but what I also am adoring is the super cute packaging!!! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you Liesl! I love when retailers go the extra mile with their wrapping and make it special! Such a nice touch.
ReplyDeleteIt took me a little over a week to get mine but I think it was worth it :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Lisa! they're way longer than I had expected but I love them even more that way. Although they require more of a special occasion, definitely not an "everyday" kind of earring at least for me :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Annie! thanks for stopping by!
ReplyDeletethank you! I love both as well but I'm not good at mixing and matching them yet. So far I just wear one or the other. I'll get more adventurous in time :)

I can see why you don't want to take that ring off! It's beautiful. I am more of a silver person for "real" jewelry, but I wear a lot of gold costume jewelry.

ReplyDeleteLove your choices!! I especially adore the bracelets...just enough neon for everyday wear :-) (I hope you'll join the "Trend of the Month" Link-up this Wednesday focusing on Neon! These bracelets would be perfect!)
ReplyDeleteAnd I tend to wear more gold also the older I get! I think it just looks better on my skin tone...I never would have thought that when I was back in high school...
